The Millennium Challenge Corporation contracted Kiron to create a program to develop, train, and manage the construction management training for local contractors in three specific countries. The goal of the ongoing multi-year program is to develop effective management procedures and long term effective construction project managers. Kiron has been successful in developing a focused, comprehensive and ‘best practices’ curriculum for staff and cooperating country counterparts. Kiron is providing superior sessions of instruction.
Results
The training provides thorough familiarization with project management training. The emphasis will be on effective management to ensure that cost, time and quality objectives are met. Kiron has been successful in developing training programs throughout the world. Kiron has ensured that the management and training program is culturally relevant and tailored to each specific locale.
